RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY
A credit card guarantee is required at the time of confirming the booking. We accept Cash, certified Cheques (unless otherwise pre-arranged), Visa or MasterCard.

There is no cancellation fee against cancellations received 10 days prior to the date of arrival other than an administrative fee of CA$25.00 per room.

Any cancellations received 7 days prior to your arrival date will be charged at 50% of the accommodation charges (duration of stay). For all cancellations an administrative fee of CA$ 25.00 per room will be charged automatically to your credit card.

No shows, cancellations within 24 hours of arrival, will be charged full rate for the duration of stay unless the room can be re-sold. We are also unable to refund any charges for early departures.

Weekends (Friday/Saturdays) or (Saturday/Sundays) require a minimum 2 nights stay. Please call hosts to enquire about single Saturday night bookings.

Room rates are subject to a 6% local tax (GST). We thank you for your valued and continued patronage.
